1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Except as expressly set forth in this policy, all sales, transactions, and purchases made on or through this Site are final after phone confirmation and payment. Lebherz Oil & Vinegar Emporium enforces a no refunds and no exchanges policy due to health department standards of food.

Once an order is confirmed paid over the phone, you cannot cancel your order or receive a refund, charge credit, or exchange under any circumstances. You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund for any partial or unused portion of products purchased.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

We value customer satisfaction and will review refunds or replacements strictly and exclusively under the following limited conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a physically damaged or defective physical product due to shipping transit, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with photographic proof of the defect.

  • Incorrect Order: If we ship you an item or provide a service completely different from what you ordered, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you.

  • Statutory Requirements: Any exceptions required under applicable federal law or the laws of the State of Maryland will be honored accordingly.

3. Unauthorized Chargebacks

By purchasing from our company, you agree that you will not initiate fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks or dispute transactions with your credit card company or bank. If you experience an issue with your order, you agree to contact our customer support team directly to seek a resolution before contacting your financial institution.
