L.O.V.E.'s Refrigerator Pickles


3.5 cups water

1.5 tablespoon kosher salt

1-1/4 cup L.O.V.E.'s Champagne Wine Vinegar

3 large or 6 small cucumbers, unpeeled, sliced into circles

2 bunches fresh dill

4 cloves garlic



Boil water, L.O.V.E's Champagne Wine Vinegar, and salt in a pot. Cool. Pack sliced cucumbers, garlic, and dill into glass mason jars. Then pour in the cooled liquid. Seal and put in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 daysto "steep." The pickles will be good for up to 1- 1 ½ months! Enjoy!
