Our white balsamic vinegars are as amazing as our dark,
but with a light, clear color.
Made in Modena, Itlay as well, and aged for 12 years, these balsamics are sweet, delicious, and slightly more tangy than their dark balsamic counterparts.

Coconut White Balsamic is the vinegar you never knew you needed. Absolutely incredible when combined with our Navel Orange Olive Oil for a tropical vinaigrette, or add an outrageous twist to your homemade coleslaw recipe! This is made with White Trebbiano Grape Must. This White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and the barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not caramelized. A crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness is the result of the way it is made. Very adaptable, it can be used with any of our extra virgin olive oils, as well as with our flavored oils. This is a tart Balsamic Vinegar with a residual grape flavor and 6% acidity.
