Rump Roast


3 Lbs. Beef Rump Roast

3 Tbsp. L.O.V.E's Rosemary Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

1/2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt

2-3 Fresh Sprigs of Rosemary and Thyme


One hour before cooking, set your roast out to come to room temperature. Pre-heat your oven to 375˚. In a small skillet, heat the olive oil and fresh herbs for a few minutes on medium heat- just until they are fragrant. Place your roast in your baking dish and rub all over with salt and pepper; then drizzle your herbs and oil on top. Place in the oven and cook for about 1 hour- done to your liking (145˚ internal is medium). Once done, let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes and then slice and serve right away. Enjoy!
